Your new role
Craftpelling copy and content across the Group to engage our key audience and achieve brand objectives. Uphold our brand image and tone of voice, while also serving as an expert advocate for it within the organisation.
You will:
1. Create website copy, including product pages, landing pages, and blog content, following SEO best practices to boost website traffic.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to convey the brand’s unique voice and maintain consistent standards in externalmunication.
3. Develop client documentation for the booking process, fostering strong client-brand relationships.
4. Research industry trends to enhance content knowledge.
5. Identify successful content and rmend improvements.
6. Maximise sales through engaging promotional content.
7. Work with the marketing team on brand awareness campaigns.
8. Manage relationships with PR agencies, ensuring accurate press releases.
9. Proofread and edit marketing content within brand guidelines.
10. Assist in other content creation tasks across the group.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Degree educated within a relative discipline such as English, Creative Writing, Journalism or another closely related field
12. Demonstrable experience in copywriting, ideally within the leisure & tourism sector
13. Passion or interest in the leisure and tourism industry
14. The ability to produce succinct and well-structured copy as standard
15. Impeccable writing, editing and proofreading skills – an eye for detail is a must
16. Results-driven and aware of the role content plays in the wider marketing team
17. Familiarity with Google Analytics and keyword research tools
18. Knowledge of content management systems
19. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with a strong verbal and written ability
20. Ability to effectively prioritise work and deliver on strict deadlines
21. Proficient in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office.
