In this rewarding role, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact on students’ lives at Yeovil College. Working alongside the Head of Student Support, Student Support Coordinator, and the SEND team, you’ll help manage a smooth and empowering transition for learners, especially those who have faced challenges in their previous education. You’ll lead an engaging and dynamic cross-college enrichment programme, delivering unforgettable experiences and collaborating closely with the Yeovil College Students’ Union. Plus, you'll manage a dedicated team focused on campus safety, first aid, supporting positive learner behaviour, and ensuring the creation of Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs) for students with medical needs. What we're looking for:
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* An excellent team player, demonstrating resilience and empathy
* Experience of working positively with young people and managing sensitive conversations
* Level 4 in English and Maths or equivalent
