As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Operations Lead to join our growing team. Role Overview: Reporting into the COO, as the Recruitment Operations Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational processes within the Recruitment function for the clients within the portfolio as well as for the Fourteen Group. Working closely with multiple departments within Fourteen, you will collaborate with our portfolio clients and Founders to deliver exceptional operational support within a range of recruitment functions, taking ownership of end to end projects under the guidance and support of the COO. Key Responsibilities: Client Talent Attraction: Liaise directly with the clients and Founders within the portfolio to ascertain hiring needs, creating job specs Working closely with the marketing team to post and market the open requirements within the portfolio Source and communicate with candidates relevant to the open requirements within the portfolio, and provide a supply of candidates for review to the Founders based on their requirements Assist with the management of the hiring workflow process, arranging interviews and follow ups with the candidates Working with HR, draft and issue offer paperwork Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly. Handle communication and correspondence with clients, directing enquiries to the appropriate teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients and Founders, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. Contractor Management: Work closely with the Business Operations function and the clients to manage the end to end process of onboarding contractors to the end clients within the portfolio Issue contract and extension paperwork to contractors and take ownership of the compliance function, ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding Manage the compliance register to ensure continued compliance of contractors on placement Working with the Finance department, process timesheets and placement reporting documentation in a timely fashion to ensure month end deadlines can be met Working with the COO, assist in the production of Contractor reports for both the Finance teams and the Founders, covering a wide range of key metrics such as margin analysis, forecasting and risk spread Maintain up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and document management. Internal Recruitment Assist with the internal hiring process of the growing Fourteen team by drafting job specifications, communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience within the Recruitment sector Proficiency in technology tools such as Docusign, Xero, Microsoft Excel, Word etc Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
