Role: Credit Controller\n\nLocation: Edinburgh City Centre\n\nLooking to elevate your career and be a part of the Credit Control team for an award-winning, ambitious employer?\n\nYou will have responsibility for managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner\n\nThis opportunity requires a confident professional to work in cross-collaboration with different departments\n\nOur client is ideally looking for a confident individual who has proven Credit Control experience and has excellent experience in Microsoft Office who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to thrive within a high-profile role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDaily duties \nNegotiating payment arrangements with clients\nMonitoring and reporting on overdue accounts to then escalate\nLiaise with internal stakeholders regarding outstanding debts as per credit control policy\nPhone, and email clients to monitor responses through the system until the debt is resolved\nProvide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively\nWork closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing\nProvide cover and support to colleagues\nResolving any client queries promptlyExperience:\n\n5 years experience in Credit Control\nExcellent Excel skills\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nStrong organisational skills \n\nIf you're ready to grow with a market-leading business and take on a rewarding and impactful role, I'd love to hear from you!\n\nPlease send your CV to Rosie Hutcheon, via the 'Apply Now' option to be considered for the role
