What you’ll be doing

As our ERP Software Support Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless system operations, delivering successful support to our customers, and leading a high-performing, motivated team. You will be responsible for managing our 2nd and 3rd Line support teams, ensuring efficient issue resolution and exceptional service delivery to our customers.
Your role will involve developing and implementing a customer-focused support strategy that aligns with business objectives, improving service efficiencies, and ensuring our customers get the most out of Profit4 and prof.ITplus.
Customer experience is at the heart of what we do. You will oversee customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the support journey. By working closely with your team, you’ll ensure timely resolutions and a smooth experience for our customers. Collaboration with other departments will be key, ensuring that issues are addressed efficiently and that we proactively enhance our offering to exceed expectations. To drive continuous improvement, you will regularly assess and refine support processes, working cross-functionally to resolve systemic challenges. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimising workflows and performance through data-driven insights. You will also play an essential role in mentoring and developing your team, holding regular one-to-one meetings, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
In partnership with Sales, Delivery, and Development teams, you will ensure seamless ERP support solutions, upholding the highest service standards through best practices and quality assurance. As the go-to escalation point for complex issues, you will ensure swift and effective resolutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Your success in this role will be measured by achieving high response and resolution rates, maintaining minimal support backlogs, delivering projects on time, and driving continuous customer satisfaction improvements.
