We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Care Supervisor / In-House Trainer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in health and social care who is passionate about supporting care staff, ensuring high standards, and delivering top-quality in-house training.
If you have experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar, and want to develop your career further, we are willing to invest in your training to help you achieve Train the Trainer certification.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising staff, observing care delivery, and delivering training sessions to maintain the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Supervision & Development:
Conduct regular spot checks and observations to ensure compliance with care plans and company policies.
Provide ongoing support and supervision to care staff, addressing training and development needs.
2. In-House Training:
Deliver and update in-house training sessions (e.g., manual handling, medication administration).
Support new staff through inductions and ongoing development.
Help ensure all staff training is up to date and recorded accurately.
3. Care Plan Oversight:
Conduct care plan reviews and risk assessments to ensure they meet high standards.
4. Travel Between Locations:
Visit service users’ homes to observe care delivery and assess compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
2. Applicants with Level 2 NVQ will be considered but may undergo additional screening.
Experience:
1. Previous experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar.
2. Experience conducting spot checks, staff observations, or delivering training is a plus.
Driving License:
1. Essential: A valid UK driving license.
2. Access to a car is preferable, but a company car (P11D) will be provided if needed.

3. Confidence to deliver training and ensure high care standards.
