A unique opportunity to join a multi branch, independent firm of estate agents in one of their successful and established branches in Hampshire.As Branch Manager you will be dynamic and expected to lead from the front. Main Areas of the role: Manage, support & motivate the team in accordance with company policies. Value effectively properties & generate business in all available revenue streams. Marketing, advertising & networking to grow brand awareness. Ensure that the branch exceeds targeting across all revenues for the team. You should be able to keep an eye and monitor controllable office costs, plan, forecast and report sales to company standards, uphold and increase customer satisfaction, promote public reviews and keep a close eye on market trends and take appropriate action when required. Strong written and oral skills are a must along with being comfortable with MS office and Estate Agent computer packages.A superb package is on offer for the right candidate with a basic salary in the region of £30,000 - £35,000, and an OTE £65,000 which is uncapped. A five day week is worked with a Saturday requirement on rota.
