We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Senior Social Worker to join our team in North Tipperary CDNT, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.
Salary: €64,386 to €75,753 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 34 days pro rata per annum.

To work as a member of the children’s disability network team & home share team providing a quality, evidence-based service to children and young people 0 – 18 years within an interdisciplinary framework and family-centered practice and to support other staff and students as assigned.

The successful candidate will have:
* Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
* Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.
* Have 3 years full time (or an aggregate of 3 years full time) relevant post qualification experience.
* Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
* Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
* Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.
* Recent, relevant experience working with children and their families.
* Experience working with children with disabilities.
* Experience of Inter-disciplinary team working.
* Some years’ experience of working in the disability sector.
