Business Sales Executive – Engineering & Trade Services

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
* Identify, allocate, and follow up on business leads to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* Utilize our established market reputation, marketing campaigns, and the support of our experienced team to engage with potential clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across local and international markets.
* Assist in research of potential MEP brands in the UK for agency representation in foreign markets, assessing their suitability for export and aligning them with market demands.
Market Research & Bid Preparation
* Conduct targeted market research to identify project opportunities and industry trends in the engineering and MEP sectors.
* Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic sales approaches and bidding strategies.
* Assist in the preparation of comprehensive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and competitive positioning.
Marketing & Event Coordination
* Oversee the creation of marketing content, including website updates, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns, to support lead generation and business outreach.
* Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to promote the company and generate new business opportunities.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding, messaging, and strategic goals.
Performance Monitoring & Strategic Growth
* Track and analyze sales and marketing performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
* Prepare detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
