Care Assistant | Redbrick Court | 20 hours/week Available
Redbrick Court is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team at their facility located on High Street, Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a care or support role, providing high-quality care to individuals in need.

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands
About the Role
Positions Available:
* Day Carer: 5 shifts per week (35 hours). Shift times: 7.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm.
* Night Carer: 2 shifts per week (20 hours). Shift times: 9.00pm to 7.00am.

Responsibilities
* Provide care and support to residents.
* Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming.
* Respond promptly to residents’ calls for assistance.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care or support role.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
