Enterprise Support Analyst - Manchester - Smart DCC
Location: Manchester, UK - Full Time Onsite Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Support Analyst to join our team for an initial 6-month contract. As an Enterprise Support Analyst, you will provide multi-skilled administrative and technical support to business users at Smart DCC.
The role involves delivering first and second-line incident management support and request fulfilment to the Smart DCC business and IT system users, working collaboratively with the Capita Workspace Agility Team.
You will also collaborate with stakeholders from around the business and demonstrate and promote the DCC Values and Behaviours.
