This is a permanent full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
Provide a full range of business administration and support to the Assistant Principal and Heads of Area.
Effectively communicate and assist learners with SEND, parents/carers and external professionals on a day-to-day basis.
Co-ordinate the efficiency of a busy Faculty office, this includes administering medication, resources and Equipment.
Ensure the health and safety risk assessments are in place to cover all Faculty onsite and offsite activities.
Required skills and qualifications
A relevant degree or qualification appropriate to this role.
Relevant experience in an FE administrative environment.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
