The Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position designed to provide high-impact support to the People and Culture Transformation Director during an exciting period of transformation. Working remotely, with some travel to regional hubs, you'll be given the freedom to drive projects forward, build relationships and contribute to key people and culture initiatives.
The position will be predominately weighted on strategic project delivery, which will focus on:
* Leading multiple transformation projects from charter to delivery
* Driving initiatives across performance management, benefits, and talent management
* Supporting our regional hubs in project delivery and implementation
There will be some focus on operations, which will include:
* Supporting the ongoing implementation of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
* Managing core HR processes including payroll and benefits administration
* Contributing to HR analytics and reporting
