You Platforms is a media group with its own internal agency. We create results-driven campaigns for clients using audience insight and industry expertise to reach client goals.
We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our team. As part of our client services team, you’ll help us to harness the power of our audience by creating native advertising campaigns for our clients.
You’ll be working across our three media brands, with high profile clients like First Bus, P&O Cruises and Hermes Real Estate to manage campaigns, taking them from brief to rebooking, and ensuring client expectations aren’t just met, but exceeded.
What we're looking for:
Whether you’re coming from an agency or a client-side position, you’ll need at least 2 years of experience delivering marketing, advertising or digital campaigns.
You’ll use the skills you’ve developed to take responsibility for campaign delivery and performance, ensuring they always exceed client expectations.
This role requires you to build trust, present ideas and push back on amends to ensure our clients get the best possible results, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable managing stakeholders at every level.
Digital experience is essential. You’ll need to have a good understanding of content, social media and email marketing. And you’ll need to know your way around GA4 and other essential analytics tools.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish
2. Speaking with clients and stakeholders regularly, in person, on the phone or over video call
3. Keeping campaigns on schedule by managing clients and studio resource
4. Working with our business development team to onboard clients
5. Clearly communicating with clients so they always feel valued
6. Creating project plans, managing deadlines and handling resources
7. Gathering info, assets and insights for client campaigns
8. Creating briefs for our studio team to produce campaigns
9. Analysing campaign performance and identifying improvements
10. Keeping an eye on industry trends and benchmarks so you know how we compare
11. Retaining and rebooking clients by providing fantastic customer service
Experience required:
At least 2 years of experience in a full time digital media, marketing, account management or client services role.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve delivered marketing, advertising or digital campaigns from inception through to evaluation.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000, plus performance-based bonus
Location: Leeds city centre, office-first
