Main Duties
* To deal with queries from new and existing customers on vehicles.
* To advise on finance and payment plans where necessary.
* To assist with leads through multiple channels and present relevant range.
* To manage handover process relating to vehicles, ensuring fully compliant.
* To maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of product range.
