Carry out cleaning tasks across production and non-production areas, including machinery, floors, walls, drains, and equipment. Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures in line with HACCP, and internal hygiene standards. Safely handle and use industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment. Perform deep cleaning during downtime or scheduled shutdowns. Accurately complete hygiene records, cleaning logs, and checklists. Assist in the set-up and cleanliness of processing areas before and after production. Report any issues or damages to equipment or facilities to the supervisor immediately. Ensure personal hygiene and protective clothing standards are met. Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure cleanliness supports food safety compliance.
