What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for a Childcare Case Worker?
The Childcare Case Worker role focuses on supporting Routes to Work clients with childcare needs by providing advice and guidance, sourcing suitable childcare provision, and working in partnership with organizations supporting parents. The role provides ongoing support and continuity to clients to ensure their childcare needs are met while being supported to progress back into sustainable employment.
In line with Routes to Work’s purpose, mission, vision, and values, you will be responsible for providing the service in a professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly manner.
This is a key role, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including partners and colleagues to deliver the best service to our clients.
