Administrator Roles and responsibilities:Processing new applications onto in-house CRM.- Collecting and checking over customer eligibility documents.- Booking survey appointments- Informing customers of contributions required, discussing quotations where necessary.- Keeping multiple systems up to date- Following applications through the process to get them ready for installation booking.- General office IT, taking inbound telephone calls, managing stationary and post.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
