In this role, you will support employees and managers with people-related queries, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborating with the Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating talent acquisition and onboarding processes, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and new hires. Working closely with the Head of People and the Talent Coordinator, you will also contribute to enhancing the overall people experience. This includes involvement in projects focused on employer branding, rewards, employee engagement, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities: Own the employee life-cycle administration In collaboration with the Talent Coordinator, take responsibility of a number of talent acquisition campaigns, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting hiring managers in finding the best talent Be the go-to person for HR queries, escalating up or delegating to other People team members as appropriate Take a leading role in managing the bi-annual performance reviews processes via our HR system Ensure the monthly payroll processes and benefits administration are carried out efficiently and with high accuracy Handle simple employee relations cases, with support and guidance from the Head of People Involvement in creating, updating and reviewing our HR policies and procedures HR Data analysis and generation of monthly and ad-hoc reporting on key People metrics Responsible for coordinating our Learning and Development systems and provisions. In close collaboration with the Head of People and Talent Coordinator, driving projects and initiatives around employer brand, L&D, career development, employee wellbeing, D&I, and more. Requirements: Essential: Solid experience in a generalist HR role and keen interest in developing your career the People profession Confident in building relationships across all levels of the company Knowledge of UK Employment Law and experience of handling simple Employee Relations cases Approachable, responsive and passionate about seeking the best outcomes for candidates and our people A self-starter who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Tech and data savvy Able to prioritise tasks and manage time and workload with precision, juggling operational requirements with project work Great attention to detail and clear understanding of the importance of data integrity and accuracy Proactive in finding ways to improve processes and deliver results Able to be discreet and professional and maintain confidentiality Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel (Training in the HR system and Applicant Tracking System will be given) Desirable: CIPD level 5 qualified Benefits Company pension, annual bonus, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (and increasing withservice), staff discount, staff social events, access to Health Assured EAP.
