As an experienced finance leader, you will have a pivotal position within the leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance team and report directly to the Group Head of Finance and Site Controller Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Develop and prepare all budgets and forecasts, presenting them to the Group Leadership team Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting for the business including statutory accounts, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting and cash management Ensure appropriate financial and management controls are in place and effective. Ongoing process improvement and implementation of any changes required for more effective reporting Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, both finance and non finance What do you need to be considered? A professional accountancy qualification (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage, lead, and motivate people at all levels. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability with high accuracy. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships.
