The Candidate What you'll do : Team Leadership - Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring sales and customer service targets are met. Sales Management - Oversee shared ownership sales, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved. Aftercare & Customer Service - Ensure a seamless experience for shared owners from purchase to ongoing management. Portfolio Oversight - Manage rent reviews, service charges, staircasing transactions, and compliance. Financial & Compliance Management - Monitor budgets, contribute to development appraisals, and ensure regulatory compliance. What we're looking for: Experience in property sales and housing management, ideally within shared ownership. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams. Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor and drive sales performance. Knowledge of housing regulations, leasehold management, and financial processes. Proficiency in CRM systems and property management tools. A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable.
