Location
We are looking for a Conductive Education Practice Lead based in Crawley, West Sussex. This role is commutable by car from surrounding towns and villages within a 20-mile radius, including Horsham, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Redhill, and Reigate.

Your Role
As the Conductive Education Practice Lead, you will be working in a Residential School that offers both education and residential support for children with a variety of neurological and medical needs. You will be responsible for the introduction and implementation of Conductive Education programmes for students across primary, secondary, and sixth form.
Duties
10. Lead and implement Conductive Education practices.
11. Develop group and individual independence programmes in collaboration with the professional team.
12. Participate in the school's training for Conductive Education and develop Conductor Assistants.
13. Model effective planning and leadership in Conductive Education.
14. Monitor, evaluate, and assess pupil progress to inform tailored planning.
15. Create dynamic learning environments and ensure they are adequately resourced.
16. Foster communication with parents/guardians.
17. Provide high standards of physical and emotional care.
18. Support students with intimate care needs.
19. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-presented learning environment.
