About the Role
As a CRM Analyst, you’ll play a key role in targeting, analysing and optimising CRM campaigns to boost consumer engagement and maximise Return on Investment (ROI).
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Working with the CRM team to deliver data selections via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Analysing and presenting campaign performance to improve future strategies
* Supporting automation efforts to increase efficiency and ensure data accuracy
* Designing and implementing test matrices for optimised learning
* Providing actionable insights from campaign results and customer data
About You
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets
* Experience with CRM or service journey design
* SQL experience
* Experience with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Unica, Oracle) is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and excellent relationship-building abilities
