Role Description
This is a Trustee (non-executive director) role located in Somerset. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and governance oversight to the organisation, attending board meetings, joining committees to advise on specific areas of activity and collaborating with other board members to make key decisions. What is needed from you?
This is a voluntary role with a term of office of 4 years, with the option to extend for a further 4 years (total of two terms of office).
Attendance at board and committee meetings, ideally in person but could be remote. These are generally in the evenings but may vary depending on your level of involvement.
Time to scrutinise information, respond to communications and complete training.
