Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an SME, based in Bracknell, in their search for a Payroll Manager on a 6 month contract basis.
GBP45-50,000 per annum
Hybrid working
Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead the transition of a number of separate payrolls into existing processes
* Automate and improve process for calculating sick pay
* Suggest improvement and increase efficiency of current payroll processes
* Manage third party relationships with group companies
Skills and Experience include:
* CIPP Qualified or Qualified-by-Experience
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Process improvement background
* A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude, supporting colleagues and sharing workloads
