We are seeking an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager for a company based in Fareham (full-time, permanent role) to lead cleaning teams, ensure service quality, and maintain client relationships across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage cleaning operations and ensure quality standards. Conduct site inspections and audits. Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper shift coverage. Serve as the main client contact and resolve issues. Ensure health and safety compliance. Manage cleaning supplies and control costs. Report on site performance and audits. Support business development and client proposals. Visit all sites regularly. Requirements: Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel. Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management. Strong leadership, organisational, and client management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cleaning software. Flexible working hours and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
