Salary and Benefits Package:
* Paying up to £30,000 basic salary, depending upon experience plus commission.
* Realistic OTE of £45,000 per year.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and set KPIs.
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
* Ensure that customers are aware of all available financing options.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
* Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
* Manage and maintain inventory levels within the dealership.
* Attend and participate in all training sessions and sales meetings.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
* Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience.
* Drive sales leads through the attendance of trade shows.

* Recent sales experience within the agricultural, trailer, heavy vehicle, construction, turf, amenity or equine sector.
* Prior experience selling trailers or vehicles would be an advantage.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Valid driver's license.
