Job Description
We are currently working with a leading housing association in the Worcestershire area, looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their expanding team.
As the Compliance Officer you will be:
* Leading contractor meetings
* Supporting the Compliance Manager with day to day duties
* Reviewing compliance certificates and ensuring all documentation is completed to a good standard
* Inputting data onto relevant systems
* Minute taking
Qualifications/experience for the Compliance Officer role:
* Experience dealing with the big 6 of compliance
* Social housing experience
* Desirable experience working within Legionella, Asbestos and Fire
