We are looking for experienced Operating Department Practitioners/Theatre Nurses to join our forward-thinking team, striving to provide a high standard of care to our patients.

Minimum Requirements:
* Be NMC/HCPC registered
* Have significant post-graduate experience
* Be willing to train and develop
* Excellent communication skills, along with being organised and showcasing excellent patient care
If you are successfully appointed to this role and complete a 6-month probationary period, you will be eligible for a two-stage New Starter Premium of £1500 in total.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will lead the team and facilitate the provision of a coordinated, high-quality service in the following surgical specialties:
1. Major head and neck reconstructive surgery
2. Maxillofacial Surgery
3. Plastic Surgery including major reconstruction
4. Hand surgery
5. Ophthalmics, including corneal grafts
6. Burns for reconstructive surgery
7. Trauma

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Registered ODP
* Academic training in specialist areas, teaching and training
Experience
* Leadership qualities and management competence and experience
* Experience as an advanced theatre practitioner in at least two clinical areas (e.g., recovery, anaesthetics, surgery)
* Experience within a specialist field
