The Associate Marketing Specialist effectively communicates with clients to understand each client’s marketing strategy, goals, and requirements. Provides consultation, serves as a sounding board for new ideas and methods, gathers information, advises clients on marketing best practices and available marketing features, and develops plans to meet each client’s digital marketing vision. Assists with managing design projects from concept to completion, working closely with Yardi’s services team to communicate the client’s vision and achieve timely deliverables.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Works in collaboration with team members to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, efficient responses, and timely deliverables.
* Develops a basic understanding of Yardi’s digital marketing product offerings and customer consultation procedures.
* Participates in consultations with key strategic partners to understand client needs and provide solutions that fit within the RENT Café platform.
* Assists with managing multiple design projects, keeps projects on track, holds clients to delivery deadlines, and communicates timelines and limitations.
* Performs quality assurance and confirms project deliverables meet client expectations.
* Develops projects within the scope of the RENT Café platform, keeping clients informed of updates, changes, and timelines.
* Effectively communicates client needs and vision to minimize TR requests and achieve timely deliverables.
* Provides product training, consults clients on available marketing features, and advises clients on marketing best practices.
* Works collaboratively with Yardi’s design team, leading projects, delegating tasks, and delivering project pieces.
* Helps with quality assurance testing of new features and marketing issues as they arise; provides thorough documentation of research to help uncover underlying issues.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Photography, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Prior digital marketing experience.
* Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Understanding of UI/UX.
* Knowledge of Google Sheets.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Desire and ability to learn basic HTML and CSS techniques.
* Understanding of basic design and branding principles.
* Team player with a desire to contribute to the growth of the group’s knowledge.
* Ability to communicate across teams in a friendly and cooperative manner.
* Strong project management skills with design projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with content management systems, the ability to think strategically, and knowledge of digital marketing best practices and social media.
* Familiarity with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Knowledge of current content management systems.
* Analytical and decision-making skills & problem-solving skills.
