Project Manager
Location: South West London, London | Hours: Full-time | Contract: Permanent | Salary: Competitive, plus benefits including overtime
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Project Manager to lead the delivery of AV and event production solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle telephone and web enquiries, accurately logging details and asking insightful questions to obtain comprehensive client briefs.
2. Develop client proposals and quotations, aligning appropriate AV and production solutions to their needs while identifying opportunities for upselling.
3. Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure efficient management of projects.
4. Build strong client relationships and provide guidance throughout the event planning process.
5. Prepare detailed technical specifications for events, equipment lists, staffing & logistics.
6. Produce essential event documentation, including health and safety assessments, event timelines, and supplier details.
7. Organize, load, and deliver equipment on time, ensuring compliance with venue regulations.
8. Lead crews, technicians, and suppliers in the installation, delivery, and de-rigging of equipment, often working to tight deadlines to meet high standards.
9. Act as the on-site point of contact during events, representing Oxygen and managing client needs in collaboration with event partners.
10. Conduct post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
11. Support senior management with tasks such as profit analysis reports and contribute ideas for business growth.

8. A clean driving license (due to insurance, applicants must be 21 or older).
Desirable:
1. Experience in technical production within the Live Events sector, with knowledge of lighting, audio, and video technologies.
