Our Childrens Advice and Duty Service are currently recruiting for a full-time Team Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a team committed to delivering high-quality social work practice that is child-centered, community-based, and achieves positive outcomes for children and families in Norfolk. We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager, Consultant, or Senior Social Worker who is ready to take the next step in their career and is passionate about safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Key responsibilities include: Managing a social work team to ensure effective and timely decision-making. Providing reflective supervision and professional leadership to maintain high standards and compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborating with multi-agency partners in the MASH to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
