The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Manager, Fleet Maintenance Operations, and will work to provide various levels of support to our trucking operations, including providing support for our fleet maintenance operations. This role will be responsible for supporting the road-call requirements of the fleet in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for becoming an expert on all fleet maintenance operations as they pertain to Titanium and within the transportation industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work in conjunction with the Lead Fleet Coordinator to contact drivers directly to provide information and respond to regular equipment repair and maintenance requirements - support road-call requirements of the fleet.
2. Assist with regular data entry requirements for service-related reporting management.
3. Assist with the management of equipment defects and compliance matters.
4. Responsible for communicating with Drivers and Service Partners for equipment triage and support.
5. Respond to relevant inquiries and requests via phone and email daily, communicating with internal employees at multiple facilities and external business or service partners.
6. Communicate with and troubleshoot issues using satellite tracking and communication systems.
7. Inspect new equipment to ensure units are ready for drivers before they are assigned.
8. Coordinate with our Service Partners to ensure used units are cleaned and inspected before reassignment.
9. Oversee the maintenance operations for the location you are assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Successful completion of High School Diploma.
2. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Proven experience dissecting information in all forms and compiling data to allow for efficient analysis.
Preferred
1. 310T Certification (or Equivalent) or completion of recognized apprenticeship preferred.
2. Experience working within the transportation industry, with knowledge of associated laws and regulations.
3. Experience working with TMW and TMT software.
4. Experience working with ISAAC satellite software and equipment.
5. Possession of a valid AZ class driving license with a clean driver abstract would be considered an asset to fulfill the requirements associated with this role.
