Responsibilities
:
1. Responsible for supporting, monitoring and reporting on Portfolio delivery and performance eg. assisting Change Leads and Project Managers with status reporting, milestone reporting, RAID (Risk, Assumption Issue and Dependency) management
2. Supporting central M&G Wealth Change activities such as, reporting,ernance and oversight
3. Ensuring adherence to M&G Change Standards and provide quality assurance ofernance activities
4. Provision ofmercial support for programmes/projects, such as: supporting contractual agreements through M&G systems, gaining approvals and initiating requisitions and payment of invoices
5. Support with financial reporting for the function, which includes cost forecasts, resource plans, accrual management etc.
Key knowledge, skills & experience:
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft tools eg. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
7. Working knowledge of JIRA / Confluence and/or PPM tools
8. Working knowledge of project methodologies, planning processes and techniques
9. Working knowledge of projectmercial and financial processes eg. Procurement, monitoring cost
10. Understanding of risk management principles and their impact on projects
