Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated person with excellent audio typing skills to join our team at Epworth Sports and Exercise Medicine Group, working 2 days per week.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Audio Typist will complete all typing requirements and provide customer service and administrative support to the Epworth Sports and Exercise Medicine Group, patients and staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Completion of all audio typing in an accurate and timely manner
* Attending to reception tasks when required
* Providing administrative support to Practice Physicians
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Accurate medical typing skills
* Medical and Radiology terminology experience
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Highly developed telephone and computer skills including Word and Excel
* Preferably familiar with Zedmed Patient Management Software
* Strong organisational skills, flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented
