Operations Administrator
Part time: 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.50ph +
Location: Grantham
Type: Temp to Perm
We are looking for a Part Time Operations Administrator to join our fun and relaxed client in Grantham on a temp to perm basis. This is a new role to the business to provide support to the Manager. The team are fun, chatty, love a bit of banter, and cake!
Main Duties:
1. Paper based filing into cabinets, folders, and preparing paperwork for weekly sign off.
2. Entering data on to the system for matching purposes.
3. Scanning documents on to the system.
4. Filing numerically, accurately for auditing purposes and archiving paperwork appropriately.
This role is very paper orientated and needs excellent attention to detail for numerical and alpha.
The hours of work will be across Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm.
