The Contracts Management Team is responsible for delivering contract management and client functions for several high-value service contracts.
As part of the Contracts Management Team, you’ll play a key role in analysing project data from various sources to help improve efficiency and performance. You’ll also support operational contracts to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant. Working closely with the team, you’ll contribute to the delivery and management of several contracts, offering guidance and support to help the delivery management teams provide a service that’s both effective and efficient.

What will you be accountable for?
* Collect, analyse and report on large volumes of data using existing software systems including Maximo, Aurora, Power BI, Business Objects.
* Support the Contracts Team to ensure software captures and reports accurate data relevant to the services being provided.
* Track and monitor the performance of all core operational activities, challenging current practices and highlighting key performance risks as appropriate.
* Provide distinct task-based outputs, working under direction to support the design and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies to business operations and services.
* Assist with auditing and processing of documentation and provide contract support for operational contracts whilst ensuring contractual compliance.
What do you bring to the role?
* A degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
* Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and to address root causes of data issues.
* Competent in the use of computer-based systems to extract, analyse and manipulate technical and other relevant data using a variety of IT systems such as Microsoft Excel, Business Objects and other Microsoft applications.
* Ability to critically think and problem-solve.
* Trend analysis and identification of anomalies.
* Good communication both verbally and in writing.
* Extensive knowledge of analyzing data and report writing.
* Experienced in data interrogation and working in large-scale data environments.
* Experience of working in a team environment.
