The Role:
As a Regional Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple landscaping contracts, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and industry expertise will help drive success across a range of projects within South East Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage multiple landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across the South East Kent region.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with client specifications and expectations.
3. Lead and manage site teams, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
5. Monitor contract performance, providing reports and updates to clients and senior management.
6. Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient and effective use.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
8. Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance operations.
2. Previous experience managing multiple contracts and leading teams.
3. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
5. A good understanding of budgeting, reporting, and contract management.
6. Full UK driving license and the ability to travel across South East Kent.
7. A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
