Pasquill are looking for an Office Administrator to maintain efficient administrative systems and deliver high levels of customer service, supporting the achievement of the branch's objectives. Pasquill are part of Saint Gobain UK&I, and specialise in supplying timber engineered products, being the UK's largest trussed rafter supplier. What We're Looking For: First and foremost we are looking for someone with a passion for administration and customer service, but experience in the following would be great. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Strong organisational skills Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial.Your Role: This is a busy role with responsibility across all administration tasks from maintaining and developing office systems to processing purchase orders and tracking stock levels. On top you will be interacting with customers and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Maintain and develop office systems and paperwork. Process purchase orders, track stock levels, and manage records efficiently. Handle invoicing authorisations and resolve any account queries. Support scheduling of transport to ensure timely deliveries. Assist in stock takes and maintain 5S procedures in the office. Carry out general office duties, including cash handling, expenses, and time recording. Liaise with customers daily to arrange deliveries and ensure excellent service.
