We are at a stage where we need a Product & Propositions team to assess new market opportunities and develop our new products to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth, through this exciting time. The role will work with our Technology business and Business Development team to create the product development strategy and oversee the new market and product development lifecycle ensuring they are ready for delivery to clients and end customers. This is a new role within the organisation so you will have the opportunity to stamp your mark and materially impact the performance of the business. You will be coached by leaders of the department who will mentor you to develop your skills. From there, you can nurture your career to flourish with you at the driving seat of your development. Responsibilities and Duties Influence product development through insights from market research and customer buying behaviour Identify the customer pain points, recommend appropriate customer journeys and solutions for customer experience improvement Be responsible for guiding product and proposition development (creating new propositions and changing existing propositions) through the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analysing, positioning, promoting and tailoring solutions to satisfy the customer needs Assess new markets for opportunities and carry out rapid evaluation of the likelihood of success in each market Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences Establish commercial viability and strategies for product pricing and positioning Work with Marketing to develop product launches and marketing campaigns, including creation of content such as case studies, website copy and blog posts Understand and communicate value of new products to the Business Development team and help them develop tools that facilitate the sales process Conduct competitor research to learn more about customers’ needs and how we can disrupt the market Monitor business results, customer reactions, sales performance with quantitative study, recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business target Partner with key stakeholders across the business with the aim of bringing sector leading solutions to market efficiently whilst maximising value to our clients, their end customers and Agena Who you are A graduate-level individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to investigate complex data to identify market trends and customers’ behaviour Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise key requirements to meet challenging and conflicting deadlines You must be able to legally live and work in the UK Happy to travel to external meetings on occasion by most effective means available Traits & behaviours we are looking for Customer Orientation: The ability and willingness to find out what customers want and need and to act accordingly, taking the benefits of the organisation's solutions into account Business Orientation: The ability to recognise opportunities for new services and products and to act accordingly, taking measured risks into account Result-Orientated: The ability to take direct action in order to attain or exceed objectives Initiative: The ability to recognise and create opportunities and to act accordingly.
