We are expanding and looking to hire a Business Development Executive that can work in a technology vertical and promote retained search solutions to potential clients. This includes filling client vacancies with suitable candidates and arranging sales meetings with suitable prospects. You will be tasked with growing out key accounts within your sector and establishing yourself as an industry specialist.
Responsibilities
* Promote the full range of Tectivo services to chosen targets within your vertical.
* Establish a niche with specific prospects and targets to sell into.
* Set up a personal brand related to the vertical and produce your own original
marketing content.
* Utilise online tools to establish a pool of top candidates in your sector.
* Generate leads via outbound phone activity and marketing campaigns.
* Convert leads into live vacancies and fill roles with suitable candidates.
* Develop a partner network within your niche.
* Attend industry related events and keep abreast of industry changes.
* Carry our marketing tasks as required including building case studies,
whitepapers and original content.
* Arrange candidate interviews, take candidate feedback and negotiate candidate
offers.
* Strategically manage clients to generate repeat business
Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Related business development/sales or customer facing experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Focused and goal-oriented
