As the Senior Commercial Category Manager you will take full ownership of a high-value product portfolio, develop commercial strategies, and drive significant revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role, focused on maximising profitability, optimising product performance, and delivering market-leading category strategies—not procurement or buying. The Role As Senior Commercial Category Manager, you will be responsible for setting and executing category vision, working closely with C-suite stakeholders to influence business direction. You will lead commercial strategy, pricing, and product lifecycle management, ensuring that our portfolio achieves both revenue and market share objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and develop the commercial category strategy, driving revenue, margin growth, and profitability Lead and manage high-value product portfolios, optimising pricing, positioning, and sales strategy. Drive category performance through data-driven insights, identifying market trends and opportunities Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives Influence senior stakeholders and board-level executives, providing strategic recommendations for category expansion Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and customer strategy. Manage supplier and partner relationships to enhance category performance Accountable for KPIs that directly influence financial performance. These KPIs will be aligned to the business objectives. About You 1. Proven experience in a senior-level category management or commercial leadership role. 2. A track record of delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and strategic category success. 3. Strong understanding of P&L ownership, product lifecycle management, and commercial strategy. 4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. 5. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, capable of influencing at C-suite level. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. 7. Experience in security solutions, rental businesses with a construction focus is highly desirable.
