An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Administrator to join our established family-run organisation. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day letting of properties within our group of companies, maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes, and ensuring a smooth operation in property management.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Assist in the preparation of rental agreements and other administrative tasks.
* Organise, schedule, and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth process for potential tenants.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven administrative experience in an office environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the letting field.
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not required.
