The Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) is offering a one-year fixed-term contract for an Operations & Programme Coordinator. This full-time position is based in Dublin, at ITI’s headquarters on 17 Eustace Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. The role involves working on a dynamic programme of events, artist services, supports, and information provision, aimed at encouraging collaboration, professional exchange, and both national and international showcasing.
Candidates should have a passion for theatre, be dynamic, flexible, and keen to contribute to the sector’s development. Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and delivering artist support programmes
2. Event management
3. Office administration
4. Building management
5. Playography research support
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in cultural (theatre or performance) sectors, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and be proficient in ICT. Experience in producing or presenting theatre/performance is essential, and eligibility to work in the EU is required.
The salary range is €28,000 to €32,500 per annum, with additional benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and access to professional development opportunities.
