Selsey Medical Practice has 12,500 patients and is well organised and harmonious with 4 collaborative partners (including a managing partner) and 5 salaried GPs. We also have an experienced nursing team (with a nurse responsible for home visiting), numerous ARRS roles and a fantastic Patient Support Team.
We have a great team spirit and meet daily for a scheduled informal, professional catch-up over real coffee in our comfortable staff room, where we can let off steam, share news and discuss cases if necessary.
We are a training practice and are part of Chichester Alliance of Medical Practices Primary Care Network. The PCN, which has 90,000 patients, employs a number of additional roles including paramedics, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social prescribers, care coordinators, first contact physiotherapists and mental health practitioners, all of whom work as part of our practice team here in Selsey.
