Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Lead internal consistency panels to maintain product quality. Maintain the Authenticate tracking system for raw material traceability. Oversee Brandbank management, ensuring accurate product specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns. The Candidate: As a Customer Compliance Officer, you should have: Proven experience in product quality management, ideally within the food industry. Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Authenticate or similar tracking systems. Experience managing Brandbank or similar databases. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
