About the role:
* Support student progress: Assess, track, and provide feedback on student performance to ensure they achieve their full potential.
* Classroom management: Create a positive and focused learning environment through effective behaviour management strategies.
* Curriculum innovation: Develop and implement creative teaching methods aligned with the national curriculum to inspire a love for Maths.
* Foster relationships: Build strong, supportive relationships with students to promote confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
* Deliver engaging lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic Maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs and abilities.
The ideal candidate must:
* Have the right to work within the UK
* Have experience working within a classroom
* DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
* Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
* Good knowledge of the Maths curriculum
* Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
* Have strong classroom management skills.
* A QTS or PGCE or overseas equivalent
