Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage planning applications from initial submission through to determination.
* Provide expert advice on planning policy, legislation, and regulations to clients.
* Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and representations to local authorities.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout projects.
* Conduct site assessments and planning appraisals.
* Support junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
* Contribute to the preparation of strategic planning documents, reports, and feasibility studies.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant planning policies and legislation, ensuring that projects are compliant with current regulations.

Skills & Experience:

1. A degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning or a related field.
