The Role Reporting into the Creative Director of GoHenry’s Creative Studio, you will lead all copy outputs across GoHenry and will help bring the GoHenry brand to life through its full suite of customer comms—from top of funnel marketing through to CRM lifecycle and in-product copy. You’ll be a key player when it comes to leading and championing our brand voice, joining a team of two experienced writers who are responsible for driving awareness, consideration, retention, and loyalty through engaging content. You’ll also be a hands-on contributor within the product and marketing domain. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, marketing and brand to bring value propositions to life for different audiences Support the marketing and product team in its various business targets through engaging copy that converts Working within the copy team to craft and oversee copy guidelines—and ensuring these are adhered to across the business Support the Creative Director in conceptual marketing projects—this includes developing scripts for TV and other motion deliverables Perform regular health checks on existing content and assess performance to inform the company’s overall copy strategy Champion audience-centric content that supports product goals and amplifies marketing initiatives. Who we’re looking for: 10 years writing for a digital, tech or consumer product Excellent cross-functional collaborator with demonstrated experience working alongside marketing, design, product and research teams Portfolio demonstrating expertise across marketing and product UX Demonstrated experience creating and managing copy/brand guidelines Bonus experience: Comfortable using collaborative tools such as Figma, Google Suite, Asana and Jira Experience creating content for products aimed at kids and parents You’re a self-starter who is motivated to kick start projects, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks “How can I help” and then “How can we make this better”, and shows perseverance in long-term goals.
