We are looking for a dedicated Records and Ceremonies Officer to join our Records Team during an exciting phase of development at Leeds Trinity University. As part of this crucial team, you’ll help shape the future of our student records administration, supporting the academic growth of the university and delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Motivate : Manage a team of four Administrators, setting clear work priorities and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. Event Coordination : Oversee the planning and management of graduation events, including the introduction of our relaxed graduation events Data Management : Serve as the Records Data Champion, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the student records system (SITS). Customer Service Excellence : Provide high-quality administrative support throughout the student journey, while fostering a positive, values-driven work environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in team leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation, accuracy, and efficiency. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external partners. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Advanced IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
